Maintain and support computer systems in a standalone environment including, installing operating systems, application software and trouble shooting. Understand the working of memory, CPU, hardware, printer, modem, etc.

Windows 2000 Networking
Understanding the theories and technology behind the workings of Windows 2000 networking; including the setting up, configuring and maintaining of network.

	This programme is opened to the following group of people:
	Working adults Anyone above 18 years old It is preferred that students have SPM
	Admission to this programme is subject to the approval of the institute.

	Every applicant to this programme is required to provide the following:
	Enrolment / Registration Form 3 Photographs Certified copies of academic qualifications Any other documents to support application
